Who we are
One place for the whole profession
The Center for Women in Aviation of Serbia is a non-governmental, non-profit association founded for an indefinite term. It brings together women from every profession connected to aviation, across commercial, military and sport flying.
Aviation is a field where knowledge passes from one generation to the next, and where a network of contacts often decides who gets the opportunity. That is why we exist: so that network is open to those who never had access to it.
What we do
Four directions of our work
Mentorship and education
Lectures, conferences, courses and a mentorship programme. Information on open calls, training and study opportunities gathered in one place, instead of scattered hints.
Heritage
We collect, preserve and tell the story of Serbian aviation. Ceremonies, memorials and commemorations of the dates, events and people who built it.
Safety and sustainability
Safety culture and green technology as permanent themes of our work, through training, knowledge exchange and cooperation with the responsible institutions.

Heritage
The Serbian sky has a long memory
Serbia was among the first countries in the world to form a military air arm. Part of that history was written by women, and many of those names never made it into the textbooks. We collect historical material, mark anniversaries and bring those names back into public conversation.

Membership is open to anyone who accepts the goals of the association and its Statute, including institutions and companies.
Regular membership
For adults. Carries voting rights and eligibility for election to the bodies of the association.

For individuals and institutions that support our goals and take part in projects.
