What the association sets out to achieve and the concrete ways it does so, as laid down in the Statute adopted at the founding assembly.
Article 2
Twelve goals
The association works in the fields of aviation and aeronautics, education and professional development, science and technology, the history and cultural heritage of aviation, gender equality in technical professions, and international cooperation.

- 02Connecting women who work professionally in aviation.
- 03Encouraging greater participation of women and young people in aviation professions through lectures, conferences and a mentorship programme.
- 04Supporting the professional development and further training of women and young people in aviation.
- 05Promoting aviation careers among young people.
- 06Strengthening cooperation between industry, educational institutions and professionals.
- 07Promoting science, technology and innovation in aviation.
- 08Preserving the history of Serbian aviation.
- 09Organising ceremonies, memorials and commemorations of significant events and figures in aviation history.

- 11Promoting environmental sustainability in aviation through education, research and the adoption of green technologies.

Article 3
Fifteen activities
To achieve its goals, the association carries out the following activities.
- 01Organises professional gatherings, seminars, conferences, consultations and workshops in the field of aviation.
- 02Organises educational programmes, lectures, courses, training and mentorship for women and girls interested in an aviation career.
- 03Takes part in projects enabling further education, certification, professional development and career growth in aviation.
- 04Organises visits to aviation institutions, airports, flight schools, industrial operators and other organisations relevant to aviation professions.
- 05Collects, processes, preserves and promotes historical material on the development of Serbian aviation.
- 06Organises ceremonies, memorials, commemorations and observances of significant dates, events and figures in aviation history.
- 07Publishes publications, professional studies, bulletins, guides, electronic materials and other editions in the field of aviation.
- 08Cooperates with universities, institutes, aviation schools, research centres and other educational institutions.
- 09Cooperates with state authorities, international organisations, associations, businesses and other institutions.
- 10Organises public events, exhibitions, festivals and promotional activities dedicated to popularising aviation.
- 11Promotes gender equality in technical, scientific and aviation professions.
- 12Takes part in humanitarian, socially useful and volunteer projects connected to aviation.
- 13Develops international cooperation with organisations and institutions.
- 14Carries out activities to improve aviation safety, including education, training, public information and cooperation with the competent institutions.
- 15Carries out environmental protection and sustainability activities in aviation, including promotion of green technologies, emission reduction, energy efficiency and raising environmental awareness.
