The Center for Women in Aviation of Serbia was officially founded on 4 August 2026 in Belgrade.

The founding assembly of the Center for Women in Aviation of Serbia was held on 4 August 2026 in Belgrade, at Bežanijska 55, beginning at 18:00.

All founders were present. Following an opening address on the tasks and goals of the association, the founding act was adopted unanimously, followed by the Statute.

Elected bodies

The assembly elected the governing bodies of the association. Olgica Lazić was elected president of the Management Board and, at the same time, legal representative of the association. Tara Raić Blanuša was elected vice-president and Marina Ćirić secretary of the association.

The Management Board has five members, with a four-year term of office.

What comes next

The association is founded for an indefinite term, to pursue goals in aviation and aeronautics, education and professional development, science and technology, the history and cultural heritage of aviation, gender equality in technical professions, and international cooperation.
